We're hearing that Monmouth will name Vanderbilt assistant and former North Carolina guard King Rice as it's head coach before the end of the week. Probably sooner rather than later. Rice was originally from the New York City area and would seem to be a good hire for the Hawks.
Guess it's become official...or maybe became official a little before I posted. My bad.
