Beidler's Big Night not Enough

Former Mt. St. Mary's forward Kelly Beidler scored 30 points and grabbed 11 rebounds but his IR Reykavik squad fell to league leading Snaefell 107-94 in the Icelandic Express League on Sunday.

Beidler was 12-of-21 from the floor and 6-for-11 from the line. He also recorded 2 assists, 2 steals and a blocked shot. Beidler entered the game fifth in the league in scoring, 3rd in rebounding and 5th in blocked shots as he continues to excel in his first season overseas.

Sean Burton (Ithaca) led Snaefell with 26 points.

Nemanja Sovic added 18 for IR which fell to 1-6 at the bottom of the Express League table with the loss.

  2. Harry, but he belongs on a team from America instead. Beidler is a supreme athlete.
