At the half

Navy leads 45-32. Middies made 8 3's. Don't think they'll shoot as well the second half and it could get interesting.

  1. Let's put it this way: the Mount played absolutely horrible. I absolutely dread this Saturday's game with Quinnipiac. Quinnipiac will possibly win by 30 or 40. We will be very lucky to pull off a win against lowly Sacred Heart on Thursday. A big thing of note in this Navy game: there were many opportunities that the Mount squandered. In the 2nd half Navy gave us a multitude of chances and we failed miserably. This lack of depth is horrifying to me as well as the freshman mistakes. The Mount really needs to make a better shot selection, they do not need to shoot threes so much. Also, I have been very disappointed with Castellanos. He appears to carry the ball a lot and his shooting really blows. Actually, Josh and Evan are probably the only true Burke recruits and Castellanos is the style of player that we will become accustomed to- a player with minimal athletic skills relevant to the Patriot and Ivy Leagues. I believe that Norfleet was recruited by Milan Brown and just decided to remain latched on to Burke. Anyways, I was absolutely thrilled to meet you Raff!! You really caught me off guard and I did not know what to say to you. I got nervous to meet someone as famous to me as you are. So, Raff, sorry that I did not provide you with a good conversation in our brief chat. I would really like to sit and talk with you some night in much more depth. I feel bad about my first 'performance' with you. Raff, in the future don't be shy and talk to me anytime please.
