Goode scores 18 in Penafiel loss

Jeremy Goode, the former Mount point guard, continued his fine rookie season in the Portugeese professional league with an 18 point performance but his Penafiel squad fell 73-62 to CAB.

The newly promoted Panafiel is now 1-2 on the season.

Goode was 6-of-15 from the floor and 6-of-7 from the foul line to tally the 18 points and lead his team. Goode also picked up three rebounds, 2 assists and a steal in the game. Goode entered the game leading the league in steals with 4.3 per contest.

Nathan Menefee, Evergreen, led CAB with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.
