Missouri State followed up on winning the Collegeinsider.com Tournament with a relatively easy 78-61 win over Oral Roberts. All five starting Bears scored in double figures. Kyle Weems started the game well and finished with 16 after leading an early surge. Cuonzo Martin led Missouri State with 20.
Missouri State thought of as a Missouri Valley contender showed no different signs on Friday.
Oral Roberts is expected to battle Oakland in the Summit Conference but was never really any match for the Bears.
The Golden Eagles were led by Dominique Morrison who finished with 21.
